Field Trip Cancellation Field trips are funded via parent donations and provide valuable educational benefits to students. If there is a significant influenza outbreak in our school system, it may be necessary to cancel a field trip at the last minute. Many organizations require prepayment for a field trip and do not offer refunds. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation, a refund to parents may not be possible. If a cancellation occurs and an organization offers a
refund, we will make every effort to reschedule the trip or plan another field trip of equal educational value. |
