The IPARENT System is tightly integrated into the District's IPASS student information system including teacher rankbooks. IPARENT is specifically designed to provide an additional means of communication and sharing information between parents, teachers, students, and administrators
IPARENT will allow parents real-time access to student attendance, schedules, biographical information. Access to grades will be available 8 times per year at the high school and 6 times per year at the middle school.
DIRECTIONS FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS - REGISTRATION - Access will be open as a courtesy to elementary parents who have student IDs.
Parents/guardians must apply for access to to IPARENT on-line by clicking HERE, which will open the registration page. NOTE: Don't click the SUBMIT button until you enter all your children. There is a submit button right below the "create username" field. If you have more than one child to register, enter their information
and then click Submit. There are several Submit buttons on the screen - hit any one of them AFTER all students are registered.
Parents/guardians must fill out and submit the registration form. ALL field indicated with an asterisk (*) are required. You will need to know your child's student ID number. This four digit number can be found on any middle school or high school report card or schedule. In addition to the student ID number, you will need to enter Student's First & Last Name, Date of Birth, City of Birth. You will need a valid email address as well. PLEASE REGISTER ALL YOUR STUDENTS AT THIS TIME EVEN THOUGH THE SECONDARY SCHOOLS ARE OPENING IPARENT. YOU WILL NOT NEED SEPARATE REGISTRATIONS FOR EACH CHILD.
Parents/guardians must create their own username and password. Please note that the Westford School District does not maintain this information. If parents/guardians forget either or both the username and password, they must contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a new login.
Completing the registration form does not immediately provide parents/guardians with online access. They will receive an email from the school regarding the status of their application. The registration process will take place through the summer. The District always reservews the right to require additional information and/or require that a parent/guardian visit the school in person prior to final approval.
