Robinson School Project Update
The Robinson School Building Committee continues to move through a key milestone in the district-wide facilities study: last night, the RSBC joined the Select Board, School Committee, and Finance Committee for a joint meeting to review progress toward submitting the Preliminary Design Program to the Massachusetts School Building Authority. The meeting walked through the work completed so far — from an initial 18 preliminary building and site options down to 7, evaluated against priorities identified by the community, along with early cost estimates for each. This process, prescribed by MSBA, has included input from families, staff, and residents across the district — a reminder that this study affects all Westford elementary families, not just those near Robinson.
Looking ahead, this fall marks the next phase of work, digging deeper into cost, school boundaries, and grade configuration as the School Committee works toward a decision on target enrollment size. Residents can find meeting dates, materials, and updates at www.robinsonschoolproject.com.

Westford Health Department - Hands Only CPR - 8/18:
BEFORE YOU GO OFF TO COLLEGE, LET’S LEARN SOME LIFE-SAVING SKILLS”: The Westford Health Department is providing a Hands Only CPR, AED, and RELIEVE CHOKING class on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, from 4:00 to 5:30 pm at the Westford Town Hall, 55 Main Street, second floor. This class is FREE; please RSVP BY 8/13 at gjohnson@westfordma.gov.

YOUTH/ADULTS: MLTEP Tennis, On The Mark Archery. ADULTS: Pickleball, CPR, Lunch Time Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga.

Westford’s Community Wellness Coordinator is available to assist you with mental health resources and referrals, substance use disorder resources and referrals, parent support resources, and based on resident needs, linkages to other Town and community resources.
