Student Council members, please report to Room 3 during Advisory to assist with Candygrams.

Math Team members check in with Mrs. Shenton or Dr. McCurley during Advisory today for results.

A reminder for Day 4 STRIDE students: Please bring your binders to class.

8th grade Health and Physical Education classes will combine all week for yoga in the Gym. 8th grade Health classes go directly to the Gym.

Stop by the Blanchard Learning Commons today to stock up on books for February vacation! In celebration of Valentine's Day we are featuring "Love stories". You will find them on the display near the self checkout. Sixth graders might want to check out books from the MCBA display. MORE FREE BOOKS in the Blanchard Library! If you love science or math, check out the cart of FREE nonfiction books. Any books left will be donated to charity some time after break.

The Blanchard Library will be hosting a Voting Party during the long advisory on March 13th (a Day 5). There were be treats and prizes, but you must have read at least 5 books from this year's MCBA list to get an invitation. There is still time to qualify!

Attention 8th Grade Poets: Blanchard Yearbook is looking for a poem for the first page of the Yearbook. Poem should be about your 3 years at Blanchard. Submit your entry to Ms. Scalia by February 26th. Winner of this contest wins a FREE Yearbook!

Attention 8th Grade Girls: In recognition of National Engineers Week and International Women's Day we have an opportunity for twelve 8th grade girls to spend a day at a real Engineering company. The company is Collins Aerospace here in Westford and the field trip is on Friday, March 6th. You will get to talk with women Engineers and participate in some really cool Engineering projects. It is a full day, and includes lunch. To sign up, come to the office today for a permission slip and more information. The first twelve students who return the required slips will get to participate.
