Kindergarten Registration
Eligibility:
- Student must be a Westford Resident
- Student must be 5-years of age on or before September 1 (no waivers granted)
Step 1: Complete registration forms.
Step 2: Gather ALL documents listed below & bring to your registration appointment.
- Student birth certificate
- Proof of guardianship (State ID or Driver's License)
- Residency verification - accepted Proof of Residency documents
- Immunizations verification/latest physical examination
