Kindergarten Registration

Our three Pk-2 Elementary Schools conducted the Kindergarten registration on March 9th and 10th, 2026. Please contact the schools directly for more information if you missed these dates.

Westford Kindergarten Eligibility:
- Student must be a Westford Resident
- Student must be 5-years of age on or before September 1 (no waivers granted)
Early Registration is now open for students entering Kindergarten in the fall of 2026. Full-Day Kindergarten ONLY.
Step 1: Follow the online process to enter initial information in our new student information system, PowerSchool, which is linked HERE.
Step 2: Register for an in-person 15-minute early registration appointment in early March, 2026. You must be a resident in the district for the school you select. Please review the School Locator if you need more information to determine which school your child will attend.
All three schools conducted the registration on March 9th and 10th in 2026. Please call the appropriate school if you missed these dates.
Step 3: Complete registration forms found HERE and bring all completed forms to your early registration appointment.
Step 4: Gather ALL documents listed below & bring to your registration appointment.
- Student birth certificate
- Proof of guardianship (State ID or Driver's License)
- Residency verification - accepted Proof of Residency documents may be found HERE
- Immunizations verification/latest physical examination
