Withdrawing Students

If you are leaving the district: 

Please download and complete this INTENT TO WITHDRAW FROM WPS form and deliver it to your child's WPS school as notification your child is leaving the district. 

Travel unenrollment procedures and form:

Prior to any travel which will result in a student's absence for more than ten (10) consecutive school days, the parent/caregiver must unenroll their child from school. Please download this TRAVEL UNENROLLMENT FORM and submit the form to your child's school prior to your travel date. 

  • If the travel is outside of the United States, then a parent/caregiver must un enroll their child and re-enroll upon their return
  • If travel is within the United States and the child is not being enrolled in another school, a home school application must be completed to ensure the child is still being educated while traveling

Please review the student withdrawal instructions on the left if you are moving out of Westford or you are traveling for an extended period of time (10 or more consecutive days of school).

Please deliver the information directly to your child's school.
