Superintendent's Video Update

I am honored and thrilled to serve as the Superintendent of Westford Public Schools.  My leadership journey with WPS began as the principal of Stony Brook School, a role in which I was privileged to play for seven years before transitioning to central office in 2021.

I take great pride in being a part of a leadership team that remains steadfast in their commitment to fostering a sense of belonging for every member of the Westford community. Whether engaging with students, parents, caregivers, staff, or residents, their leadership is guided by the belief that true educational excellence is rooted in an environment where every individual feels authentically heard, accepted, and valued.

For all of us, "belonging" is more than a metric; it is a fundamental pillar of the district’s mission. We recognise that for students and educators to thrive, they must develop positive relationships and a connection to their community that transcends the typical school day. By prioritizing inclusive leadership and collaborative engagement, we continue to work toward a district culture where everyone—regardless of their role—feels they have a meaningful place within our schools.

Cheers!

Chris
