School Improvement Plans

In Westford, School Improvement Plans (SIP) serve as the strategic roadmap for each of our nine schools, ensuring that site-specific goals align with the broader district-wide Strategic District Improvement Plan (SDIP). Each year, building principals, in collaboration with their School Councils—comprised of parents, teachers, and community members—develop these plans to address the unique academic, social-emotional, and operational needs of their specific student populations.

These living documents prioritize data-driven decision-making and are updated annually to reflect progress toward key performance indicators. By maintaining a focus on continuous improvement, Westford Public Schools ensures that every building remains a high-achieving environment where instructional practices and school culture are constantly evolving to support the success of every learner.
