District Improvement Goal
By the end of March 2023, a new 3-4 year WPS Strategic District Improvement Plan will be developed and approved by the School Committee.
a. Key Actions
i. Conduct brainstorming/ feedback sessions with SDIP Advisory Group
ii. Collaborate to establish priorities focus areas with WPS leadership team
iii. Develop action items for each priority area
iv. Discuss Priority areas at each school SAC meetings in October & November
v. Present proposed plan to School Committee in January/February 2023
b. Benchmarks
i. Calendar dates of meetings with SDIP Advisory & leadership team (process)
ii. Feedback from SAC meetings
iii. Proposed WPS SDIP FY23-FY26
