Intent to Withdraw - End Of Year 23/24
Please fill out the Intent to Withdraw Form if you intend to withdraw from Westford Public School District at the conclusion of the 23-24 school year. Upon filling out this form, you will be contacted by a member of your student's school to discuss your next steps to complete withdrawal and transfer student records to a new school or district.
Prior to any planned travel which will result in a student's absence for more than ten (10) consecutive school days, a parent/guardian must unenroll their child from school.
- If the travel is outside of the United States, then a parent/guardian must unenroll their child and reenroll upon their return
- If travel is within the United States and the child is not being enrolled in another school, a homeschool application must be completed to ensure the child is still being educated while traveling
