Bus pass registration will open for School Year 2021-2022 on July 13, 2021.
All students planning to use the bus need a bus pass to ride the bus.
- Credit Card/Electronic Check: You may pay online through MySchoolBucks.com using a credit card or e-check. Bank fee of 3.95% will apply.
** From My School Bucks: “We now offer 2 payment options. Pay-As-You-Go option using a credit card or e-check will include a 3.95% program/processing fee. OnePay e-check option, pay an annual fee that allows you to make unlimited e-check payments (including school lunches) with no additional transaction fees. Annual cost is $12.95 for 1 student and $26.95 for the family plan (2 or more students). Please make sure that you select which payment option in your settings.”
**If you chose this option please confirm your fee before purchasing. Westford Public schools does not receive the processing fees and cannot refund them. Please reach out to My School Bucks with questions.
- Paper Check/Money Order: Make checks payable to Westford Public Schools. To ensure proper credit, write your Bus Registration number on the memo line of your check and include a copy of your Bus Registration form with your payment. Mail payment to Central Office at the address below. Checks must be received within 3 days of online registration.
- Cash: Cannot be accepted at this time.
Check Payment Drop off: You may drop off your check at the mailing address below.
The MAIN bus payment drop box, located on the outside of the Millennium Building (old preschool entrance) under the overhang, is always accessible.
There is NO person to person drop off, NO cash accepted.

This access is only available Monday-Friday 9-3 and closed on weekends and holidays.

What criteria will be used to determine a reduced or waived fee?
If your child is eligble to receive free or reduced priced lunch in the 2020-2021 school year, the bus fee is waived/removed immediately upon completing the online registration.
**NOTE: You must still submit a completed Transportation Registration in order to use bus transportation and to receive a bus pass-even if your child is receiving free/reduced lunch.
