Daily Announcements are shared with students each morning.  Parent announcements are communicated weekly via the Principal's Weekly Newsletter. Please follow these steps to subscribe:  (1.) Attention 8th Grade Students:  Any 8th grader interested in applying to Nashoba Tech, Mrs. Searl is having a mid-day advisory meeting today.  Please attend in the Guidance Classroom to review the process.  Also, any student intending to apply to private school should see Mrs. Searl to review the procedure.  

Halloween Spirit Day is Friday!  Halloween Spirit Day Costume Guidelines:  Students are still required to wear a mask at all times while in the building. No costume masks, please. Hats will be allowed if part of a costume and not covering your face.  No costumes that could be offensive or a risk to safety.  No weapons, sharp objects, chains or anything that could be perceived as a weapon, damage property, or cause injury.

Students wishing to check out books for the weekend should do so during morning advisory today.  The Learning Commons is hosting "Scary Stories" during mid-day advisories today.  Homeroom teachers should have the list of students who signed up.  The Learning Commons will be closed for all advisories tomorrow because Mrs. Brandt will be out.

The Blanchard Cross Country Team capped off their final home meet of the season with a great outing at home against Acton. The girls team had a terrific showing with top finishers Emily W., Diya S., Emily D., Amrita H., and Charlotte K. leading the way for the Bulldogs. Eighth grader Emily W. in her final home meet as a member of the Blanchard Cross Country Team also ran a course record of 10:39 breaking her own course record set at the beginning of the season. Congratulations Emily!  The boys team then won in convincing fashion by 9 points with top finishes from Andrew S., Charlie S., Jacob B., Shaan S., and Srivas Arun. Congratulations Bulldogs!

This is the last day of competition for our fall sports teams!  Girls field hockey travels to Bedford while girls soccer heads to Concord.  Games begin at 3:30. Boys soccer hosts Concord at Stony Brook with a game time of 3:45. Pending confirmation of bus transportation our cross country team is scheduled for a tri-meet with Bedford and Wayland at Bedford at 4:00.  Good luck Bulldogs!
