Daily Announcements are shared with students each morning.  Parent announcements are communicated weekly via the Principal's Weekly Newsletter.

Student Council members involved in today's presentation: Please report to Mrs. Rice's room right after announcements.

6th grade band students, except percussion, should be in the band room for rehearsal.

The Eighth Grade Poetry Contest deadline is now extended!  We want to hear your poetic reflections on your favorite Blanchard memories.  Entries must be:

*no longer than 28 lines

* about your Blanchard experiences

*written by an 8th grader

*submitted by December 15, 2023

The winner gets a free yearbook.  Need help or have questions?  See Mrs. Lawton (room 26) or Mrs. Guerriero (room 23).  Let your creativity shine!  Submit your poems and make your mark on Blanchard history.

Thank you to Westford Police Detective Bernadin, Officers Antonelli, Montville and Cherell for this morning's High Five Wednesday.

Today all students will attend a BTA preview performance and Student Council Toy Drive presentation in the auditorium.  Appropriate audience behavior is expected at all times.  It is very difficult to stand up and perform in front of your peers.  Please be respectful.

Reminder:  Any student who is interested in joining the ski club, forms and payment are due to Mrs. Casey in room 93 by Thursday, November 30th.

All 7th and 8th grade boys or girls who plan on trying out for our basketball teams MUST BE registered and have an up to date physical on file with Mrs. MacDonald by Monday, November 27th.

Today is the last day to check the Lost and Found table. Do not take items that do not belong to you. All items left will be donated after Thanksgiving break.

Blanchard is having a Book Drive! Up with Books provides books to underprivileged children and their families. You can help to support by donating any new or used books. There is a bin in the main lobby near the office. The Book Drive ends November 28th.
