What should I write in my senior paragraph?

We reserve the right to not include inappropriate comments/verbage in your senior paragraph.  So please carefully submit the words that will end up under your face in this history book of your senior year at Westford Academy.

While it is difficult to write all that you want in 450 characters or less - it is doable. Below are some guidelines:

Do -

  • Include people that have made a difference in your WA experience.  Don't forget your parents, teachers, administrators that have helped to make you who you are!
  • Acknowledge your friends, family, faculty and staff that have made your experience what it is.
  • Consider including your favorite quote - and be sure to include the author's name even if it is unknown.
  • Abbreviate or use initials so that you can write more.

Don't -

  • Write inappropriate things that we reserve the right to omit.
  • Forget to acknowledge parents and other people that have helped to make your WA graduation possible.
  • Think that this doesn't matter and not send one in - because trust me - in 20 years when you are looking at your book and you did not write anything at all you may regret it.
