Writer's Club will have its first meeting on Thursday, September 30, in room A208.

The Cross Country meet after school today will be against Blanchard and not Billerica. The boys' race will be first at 3 PM followed by the girls. Pick up for parents will be the normal 3:45 time. Runners, please report to the cafeteria after announcements for more information.

Teachers -- Please remind students to complete the google form for lunch if they are selecting a cookout meal.

The Stony Brook Math Team will begin next Thursday, September 30. Please come join us in Mrs. Rowe's room A221 from 2-3 PM.

Reminder for all the 7th and 8th graders who are interested in applying to be an ADL peer leader: Applications are due October 1st. See Miss Ryle in Room 204 if you need the QR code to access the application.

Advisories will be selecting the Friday dismissal music! Ms. Giannasca's advisory has been selected as the first advisory to choose our Friday dismissal music. Each week, a new advisory will select the following week's song and will need to submit it by Friday the week before for Mr. Mac's review!

Good luck to all Stony Brook sports today! Field Hockey, Girls' Soccer and Cross Country are all home. Come out and cheer on your school!

Spirit Week is coming on October 25-29. We are looking for ideas for daily activities to show school spirit. Please submit these ideas ON PAPER to Mr. Mac or Mr. Barnas.
