1st Full Remote Day...update!SB 2-9-21

Good Morning, Stony Brook!!

As this is our first Full Remote Day, there might be some questions as to what does that really mean...well, if you are confused, you are not alone :-)

The expectation is that students and teachers will log into their Google Classrooms and access the Google Meets to work together remotely during the regularly scheduled class times.  Each class might look a little different and they might not be online the entire depending on the needs of the lesson for the day.  But we follow the regular schedule for the day.

If you want to make it feel really authentic, feel free to share today's fun fact with the kids at home (Today is National Toothache Day...why would that be a day to celebrate...and it is the anniversary of the Beatles first appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show) or just insert a really bad "Dad" joke and the students will feel like they are listening to me get the started :-)
