Update on Middle School Sports:
With the support of both Middle School Principals, Superintendent Olsen and the Westford School Committee approved Spring Sports for the 2021 spring season.
The following sports will be offered at both Blanchard & Stony Brook Middle Schools: Baseball, Track & Field and Softball.
Registration is now open. The initial registration will be open to all 7th & 8th graders. All participants must register on FamilyID.com and have an up to date physical (valid for 13 months) on file with the school nurses. Registration may be extended to 6th graders in specific sports based on participation levels and safety capacities.
Spring 2021 Athletics will be an intra-town middle school program between Blanchard and Stony Brook. Transportation from Blanchard to Stony Brook is being considered but there will be limited capacity so please plan to transport your student-athlete to all athletic sessions.
The Middle School season will begin on Wednesday May 5th and end on Thursday June 10th. The athletic user fee for this spring season will be $150.
Masks MUST be worn at all times while on Westford Public School property. WPS Athletics will follow all Westford Health Department, MIAA & EEA Safety guidelines & protocols.
**All spring 2021 middle school student-athletes will attend a mandatory safety training session prior to the start of the spring season. Specific date/location TBD.
