Civil Rights Complaint

During the 2020 - 2021 school year, the Reporting Processes Subcommittee developed a mechanism for all civil rights complaints to be reported within the district.   The mechanism for which WPS Community members can file a Civil Rights Complaint is through a Google Form.  The Westford Public Schools - Civil Rights Complaint Form is adapted from the Department of Health and Human Services Civil Rights & Conscience and Religious Freedom Discrimination Complaint Form. This complaint form will be available for the 2021 - 2022 school year both in digital and paper form. Digitally, the complaint form is available through a link and QR Code. The paper form will be available in all building main offices throughout the district with a cover page indicating where assistance can be found for translation to an individual’s native language.

At Westford Academy forms may be found in the Main Office, the cafeteria, the library and in bathrooms.
