Drop off at W.A.- MORNINGS | Westford Public Schools

Good morning,

We are making every effort to make the drop off in the mornings as easy as possible. That said, we need YOUR support as parent/guardians who are dropping off in the AM. Please DO NOT drop off on the side of the building. There are many MARKED locations starting at the AUX GYM area and many other MARKED locations in the back of the building. If you stop on the side of the building it creates a "bottleneck" on Patten Rd. Please PULL IN and PULL UP. There are many doors where you son/daughter can enter the school building safely.

In addition, one recommendation is for you to drive your son/daughter to school. We are seeing many parent/guardians switching from passenger to driver in order for your son/daughter to gain driving experience. It really isn't the best time for this transfer to happen. I know student drivers need expereince, but WA is very busy in the morning and we are asking you to consider the "practice time" to be at the end of the school day.
