Follow-up: Tardy to School

Good morning,
Yesterday's message was sent because of a recent uptick in tardiness at W.A. Unfortunately, my timing was poor! I didn't realize that our buses were having issues during their morning run due to the icy conditions and that one bus was unable to pick up a portion of their route. I reached out Dee Bus Company and asked the manager or dispatch to call me at any time if there is an issue with a bus or bus route. I wouldn't have sent that message out yesterday, in fact, I would have held the morning bell 10-15 minutes later, knowing that if buses are having issues, then our commuters are having the same issues.
