Don't get fooled tomorrow! April 1st!

Good afternoon!

Our sophomores finished with the English Language Arts portion of the MCAS Assessment this past week.  Sophomores will take the math portion of MCAS in May, and our grade 9 students will take the Biology MCAS Assessment in early June.  It’s a busy time of year.  The seniors have one more week before they begin the Capstone Experience.  Before you know it, we will be holding award celebrations and graduation!  Fun times!  Please see the “important dates” to remember below for the Class of 2023!

OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Ghostwriter to Celebrate 2023 Graduates

Dear Senior Parents/Guardians:

The end of your child’s high school career is near! We know you have many different ways to commemorate the occasion, but we’d like to offer some other possibilities.

The staff of the student newspaper, The WA Ghostwriter, invites you to purchase a printed graduation shout-out for your son or daughter.  We publish a printed June edition of the newspaper that is distributed at graduation.  Since it features a list of the graduates’ college destinations, it tends to be a hot commodity!

This print edition is fully funded by your ad contributions, so please consider participating.

The deadline is April 3 to purchase print graduation shout-outs. Here is the form for those requests: https://forms.gle/ixnzubjaMaGihtWN9

We also celebrate the graduates on our @wagraduates Instagram account. Please encourage your child to fill out the google form for this project: https://forms.gle/dZJJpkwV2JpciSDj6.

Your senior should also submit their post graduate plans here for our print edition: https://forms.gle/jBBb9pbRNCe61KjFA

Feel free to email me with any questions!
