Graduation Details-(#3) Weather Update

Good afternoon,

I just had a conversation with Dr. Chew, Superintendent of Schools regarding graduation and the weather.  The weather seems to be changing every hour as we get closer to Friday.  At the time I emailed you earlier today there appeared to be a "window of opportunity" between 3:00 and 8:00 p.m.  Since my last email, that window has closed!  Our plan is to wait until tomorrow morning/early afternoon to make a final decision.  We will make the call before 1:00 p.m. tomorrow, or earlier if possible.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
