Graduation Details - June 2, 2023

Graduation will be held on Friday, June 2, 5:30 PM, (Weather Permitting) on Westford Academy Alumni Field (First rain date: Saturday, June 3, 5:30 PM. Second rain date: Sunday, June 4, 2:00 PM) NO TICKETS ARE NEEDED and you may bring an many guests as you wish! Our seating is first come, first served. We rent 1,800 chairs in addition to having the use of our bleacher seats (1200). We have plenty of handicap parking and have a handicap/elderly drop-off area. There will be people assisting with traffic flow and parking.

• There will be police on campus directing traffic

• Handicap parking will be clearly marked

• The new bathroom facilities will be open for your convenience

• Please feel free to have water with you. Water will not be sold at the graduation- Please carry out what you carry in

•• I will need to make a decision early regarding the weather- please do not call the school. I will send out an email as soon as the decision is made- note: the weather does not look friendly at this point, it may change, my hope is that we can complete graduation on Friday night, however, it may not happen and I ask for your patience and understanding. Being an outside ceremony, I need to make sure that I place no person in harm's way

• Parking will be available behind the school on the field. The maintenance department will be helping to guide our guests
