Happy Thursday! Stay strong!

Some additional updates for you.

Good morning,

I received some great questions after yesterday's lengthy email.  Questions were about diplomas, prom, virtual awards ceremonies.

• We will not be holding diplomas until a graduation ceremony is completed.  Students will need to have their diploma in hand for their next endeavor.  Diplomas will be distributed once we have a game plan after May 18th for distributing caps, gown, stoles, return of books, Chromebooks and cords, etc.  We do hold on to the diploma jacket for the ceremony.  We hand out the diploma jacket to the senior on stage.  WE HOPE AND PRAY! :-)

• I did not mention the Senior Prom in my email yesterday because all plans are still up in the air.  The Class Officers and Class Advisors are generating Ideas and Senior Dean Dan Twomey will be sharing some information as it becomes available.  Hang in there, we are working on ideas behind the scenes, with student input.

• Regarding award ceremonies.  We are sending invitations to seniors for the Senior Scholarship Night (June 4th) , but not for the Senior Awards Ceremony (June 5th).  All are invited to attend any of the ceremonies.  We don't have the personnel to send invitations for every event.  Links will be shared through my Friday Email for all virtual ceremonies.

• Mrs. Langille WILL be sending out notices to parent(s) /guardian(s) for the grades 9-11 award ceremonies.  Again, everyone is welcome.

Have a great Thursday.

Stay healthy, Stay safe!  Missing all of you!

My daughter Olivia was supposed to graduate from Worcester State University next Saturday.  I feel the pain! We will get through this together!

Stay Strong!

Respectfully, Jim Antonelli
