Good afternoon,

I hope all of you had a great weekend. The weather was great following the tornado ripped through our beautiful community!  Quarantined with no power is not a good recipe!  I hope things are back to "normal" in your neighborhoods.  Hang in there!  Phase I is underway and the future looks bright.  Great news about a potential vaccine from a local company.  If we continue to follow the social distancing guidelines, continue to wash our hands and use hand sanitizer the numbers in the Commonwealth should continue to show a downward trend. We must stay vigilant!

A shout out to Mr. Bunyon, Kathy and Rich Harris and all members of the WA Boosters Organization for hosting the first ever virtual Senior Awards Banquet. Congratulations to all of our student-athletes, coaches, and parents.  We had 108+ members from the Westford Academy School Community as part of the Google Meet!  I wish all of our student-athletes the very best in their future endeavors.  Stay strong and get back to the courts, fields, pools, mountains, etc. as soon as possible.

Important note to all families.  PLEASE have your student check their GMAIL account daily.  We are entering the celebration phase of the end of the school year and we want to make sure everyone feels welcome and included.  Also, I will begin to Increase my email communications to make sure you are apprised of all upcoming events.  This week on Thursday evening (5/21), we will host the National Honor Society Virtual Ceremony at 6:30 PM.  This will be pre-recorded and a link will be sent out for families to join the ceremony.

Also, Mr. Twomey will be sending out a list of other events for seniors this week.  Stay tuned.  We have LOTS to do before we let you go! :-)

Have a great afternoon!  Stay strong, Stay healthy, BOOK A HAIRCUT! LOL!  My wife received her first request for an appointment at her salon at 11:09 yesterday!
