One To World Chromebooks at Westford Academy
What is One To World?
To achieve the goals of our districts Digital Learning Plan, Westford Public Schools provides students at Westford Academy with daily access to technology. This will increase anywhere, anytime learning and strengthen our focus on college and career readiness.
The One-to-World initiative began in the fall of 2016 when ninth grade students from Westford Academy received Chromebooks. In subsequent years, each ninth grade class received Chromebooks to use as personal devices in school and at home until they leave Westford Academy.
Student devices are a powerful tool that will directly contribute to achieving our goal of creating personalized learning environments. This website details how this initiative supports student academic success as they prepare for college and career.
