School start time could move to 8am (2:20 end time)
Budget meeting (cuts etc…)
WA is losing 2.2 positions

School Improvement Plan:
PE and athletics; graduation requirements
Student frustrated with there being no flexibility in their schedule, not being with friends during a time to unwind
When to defer PE
Can health count towards PE and wellness requirements?
Open portal
Open grades/portal for Q4 in PS. Just numerical.
Google classroom upload to PS
Transparency purposes
Would be helpful for liaisons, counselors, families, admin, etc.

Advisory program
Advisors teachers going to presentations with their students
Purpose is for teachers and students to build relationships
10 per year
More advisory minis in the future
Common planning blocks, sharing of resources and rubrics
Consistency around grading or assignments given
Explore structure in senior privilege – Q1 students had to earn it, can it be based off of junior year record?
Look at grades– can be taken away

World Lang teachers came in to discuss higher level classes
Some teachers spoke with recs while others met with them prior to break
