PARENT PORTAL REGISTRATION

The IPARENT System is tightly integrated into the District's IPASS student information system including teacher rankbooks. IPARENT is specifically designed to provide an additional means of communication and sharing information between parents, teachers, students, and administrators
IPARENT will allow parents real-time access to student attendance, schedules, biographical information. Access to grades will be available 8 times per year at Westford Academy.
DIRECTIONS FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS - iPARENT REGISTRATION -
You must have your child's student ID in order to register. The student ID can be found on the report card, the schedule, or by calling the school office. Parents/guardians - fill out the entire registration form. Include your correct email address. All fields marked with an asterick (*) are required. In addition to the student ID, you will need to enter your child's First and Last Name, Date of Birth and City of Birth. You should register all your children at the same time.
NOTE: Don't click the SUBMIT button until you enter all your children. There is a submit button right below the "create username" field. If you have more than one child to register, enter their information and then click Submit. There are several Submit buttons on the screen - hit any one of them AFTER all students are registered.
Parents/guardians create their own username and password at the time of registration. The Westford Public Schools does not store passwords, so if your password is lost or forgotten, you can email iParent to request a new one. Do not register again because you do not have the password you created.
Completing the registration form does not immediately provide parents/guardians with online access. Each registration has to be reviewed and approved for accuracy of the information. A registration will be deleted if the incorrect student ID has been entered. The District reserves the right to require additional information and/or require that a parent/guardians visit the school in person if there is a question about the registration.
